Our first impression of Shibuya was that it is pretty. Our second impression of Shibuya was, their Salmon Sashimi is so darn beautiful. Shibuya takes inspiration from its namesake in Tokyo which is known for its vibrancy and youthfulness. It is a comfortable fine-dining place with large glass windows overlooking the market and modern teal couches and chairs.
Their menu has short but promising sections of dim sum, sushi, poke bowls and meal bowls. In our visits, we have sampled food from most of the sections and been quite pleased with the meals.
Salmon sashimi is awesome. It tastes as beautiful as it looks. Followed by Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun, Prawn & Chive Dumplings, Gyudon Lamb Bowl and Cucumber and Avocado Sushi Roll. Wash it all down with Hibiscus Lemonade.
Users of Zomato Gold and Gourmet Passport, make good used of it here. If you like to party and have good food, you can visit this place at night as they open up the second floor for both.
